Welcome to Imperial House of Bradenton Beach Condominium Association, Inc.

We are a small 70 unit community situated on the beautiful barrier island of AMI, FL and one of 3 cities occupying the 7 mile long island on the Gulf of Mexico and Palma Sola Bay.  Bradenton Beach is a unique small town with a population of less than 2,000.

We are the only association on the Island that has both unobstructed beach frontage to the Gulf of Mexico and Palma Sola Bay, owning over 150 feet of beach front and bayside property with a patio for a gathering place for all of us and a fishing pier.   We truly are a beach to bay community!  All units are indivually owned, many year round and winter residents.  Some units are leased with a mininum of 3 months and have been repeat renters for years.  We all pretty much know everyone here.  We are very proud of our Condo family and their families and friends that visit us.

With a laid-back atmosphere and “Old Florida" style living, Bradenton Beach has become our little piece of paradise. We are in walking distance to the quaint and popular Bridge Street, along with many restaurants and shopping.

You may find us walking the beach, laying by the pool, having activities in the clubhouse or lounging on the bayside patio watching the boats go by along with manatees and dolphins . We have a beautiful Osprey that lives with us out back and many birds visit daily.   Without leaving our little community we have the pleasure of watching the sunrise off the bay and watching the sunset on the Gulf.  We feel very fortunate to own a small piece of paradise and welcome our guests to enjoy our place too.  Everyone falls in love with AMI, we did!
